If your email address is in the format of <user>@bigpond.net.au, you will need to enter
this in full during registration and for ongoing access, ie type
<user>@bigpond.net.au in the username field.

only need to use the first part of your email address for registration and ongoing access,
ie. type <user> in the username field.
